Valuation tool: property details (type, region, district, area, number of rooms, condition), any photos you upload, and your contact details (name, phone, email).

Technical data: the site uses browser local storage for functional purposes only (for example, remembering that the intro animation has been shown). We do not use advertising tracking.

How we use data

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a property valuation, and provide the services you request. We use your data to contact you about your enquiry.

Legal basis

We process data on the basis of your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in providing the requested service and staying in touch.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and provide the service, or until you ask us to delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It may be processed by our service providers (such as website hosting) acting on our behalf under confidentiality.

The site uses only technically necessary local storage. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
